Structure

Neptune Land Limited and Neptune Land (Cheltenham) Limited are wholly owned subsidiaries of Neptune Land (Holdings) Limited.

Each of the trading companies is responsible for a single project namely Uxbridge Road, Ealing and Tewkesbury Road, Cheltenham respectively.

There is also a SPV company Neptune Land (Romford) Limited for an investment at Western Road, Romford.

The directors of all the companies are Simon Broackes, Paul Stoodley BA (Hons) MRICS, Tony Murphy BSc DipProjMan MRICS, and Roger Squire MA FRICS FRSA, the Company Secretary is David Simon FCA FCCA.

The companies registered office is at Acre House, 11/15 William Road, London NW1 3ER.
