Neptune Land is a development and investment company focusing on commercial property, principally in London and the South-east.

Neptune was established in 2004 and has an executive team that has over a century of property experience. It is a private company and all the directors are shareholders.

Our aim is to assemble the best professional team for each project. Areas of expertise include the London office market, the South-East decentralised office market and South-eastern industrials. Neptune has an association with residential developer Colonnade, in the event that a mixed-use approach is required.
